Terms & Conditions
1. About HumanCraft
HumanCraft is a software development company headquartered at 255 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida 33134, United States. We provide custom software development, AI agents and automation, business consulting, and we own and operate Wattia, an electric vehicle charging infrastructure network in Colombia. By contracting our services or using our products, you accept the terms described in this document.
2. Site Administrator
This website is administered by HumanCraft. For operations in Colombia, HumanCraft is registered as a natural person (persona fisica) before the Colombian tax authority under the following tax identification number:
Administrator: HumanCraft - David Londono
RUT / NIT (Colombia): 1.000.414.906-6
This information must match the data registered with our payment processing platform. Any payment transaction carried out through this site is processed under this tax identification.
3. Services We Offer
Our offering is divided into two categories:
- Custom technology services contracted by clients: software development, mobile and web applications, APIs, enterprise systems, AI integrations, and consulting.
- Our own products, chiefly Wattia: EV charging stations, sale of charging equipment, installation and maintenance, and technical support for new operators.
4. Custom Software Projects
Each application, website, or platform that HumanCraft develops for a client is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, agreed upon in a service agreement, quote, or statement of work signed between the parties. That specific document defines scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, intellectual property, and any refund or cancellation conditions that apply to that particular project. The terms of this general page apply to the commercial relationship with HumanCraft and do not replace project-specific contracts.
5. Wattia Product
Wattia is HumanCraft's own product and covers EV charging sessions at stations operated by us, the sale of charging equipment, and associated installation, maintenance, and certification services. Use of Wattia charging stations is subject to the tariffs published at the station itself and on the Wattia platform at the time of the transaction. Pricing may vary by location, time of day, and type of connector.
6. Payments
Payments for our services and for Wattia transactions are processed through authorized payment gateways. Depending on the product, we accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods made available on the corresponding platform. The charge appears on the cardholder's statement under the name of HumanCraft or Wattia, as applicable.
7. Refunds and Cancellations (Wattia)
HumanCraft, through its Wattia product, reserves the right to process refunds when a charging session, sale, or associated service cannot be completed as agreed, or when the customer demonstrates a valid reason for reimbursement. Any refund granted will be issued after deducting payment gateway commissions and any other operational costs associated with the Wattia system (for example, electricity already consumed, network service fees, transport costs, or parts and labor already provided). Refund requests must be submitted to hola@humancraft.com.co within thirty (30) calendar days of the transaction, including the transaction identifier and a description of the reason.
For custom development projects, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the specific contract signed for each project, as indicated in section 4.
8. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide truthful information, to use Wattia stations and equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations, and to make payments in full and on time. Improper use of the equipment, tampering, or attempts at fraud void any right to a refund and may be reported to the competent authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
The HumanCraft and Wattia brands, logos, platforms, and software are the property of HumanCraft. Ownership of any deliverable produced under a custom development project transfers to the client according to what is established in the specific contract for that project.
10. Limitation of Liability
HumanCraft does its utmost to maintain the continuity of its services and the reliability of its infrastructure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of force majeure, power outages, telecommunications failures, or third-party actions outside its control. HumanCraft's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service or transaction that gave rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
HumanCraft may update these terms and conditions to reflect changes to its services, pricing, or applicable regulations. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown above. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
12. Governing Law
This document is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the local regulations applicable to Wattia operations in the Republic of Colombia, which will apply when required by their mandatory nature.
